The 2010 Annual Plan for North Shore City Council has been turned into a unique video including the new electoral boundaries. See some of the projects earmarked for funding in 2010 including redevelopment for the Hurstmere Green, Takapuna Aquatic Centre and the North Harbour Stadium.
