Birkenhead Library and Civic Centre

A major construction for the North Shore, the Birkenhead Library was complete in 2010.

Follow the construction of the new library and civic centre from the sod turning in 2008 through to the public opening in 2009 and the official opening in March 2010. This short video features North Shore City mayor Andrew Williams and council staff associated with the project.
